dougantin.ai is where Doug Antin develops and tests a point of view on what happens when intelligence becomes abundant and cheap, and how that reshapes work, software, infrastructure, and capital allocation.

The site is used to turn:

The site is a constant work in progress. The work is meant to be both outward-facing and internally centering.

## Core Thesis

The central idea running through the site is that intelligence is becoming commoditized.

As that happens:

- labor reprices
- energy and compute become bottlenecks
- physical infrastructure matters more
- capital flows toward the new constraint layer
- individual agency becomes more valuable

The key strategic question is not only whether AI will matter, but how quickly the change will propagate through society.
